Who Can submit a review: 

* We welcome reviews about your experience with us and stay at Church View Cottage directly, through Google and Facebook.

* I may ask you to leave a review after you have returned from holiday.

* You can leave a review about a recent expereince even if you haven't made a booking. You can review the service you received from us.

* You must be over 18 to leave a review.

We do not incentivise reviews:

* We do not offer any incentives for postive or negative reviews.

How to leave a review:

* At the end of your stay we may ask you to leave a page in our guestbook.

* We may ask if you would like to review us by leaving a Facebook review or Google review.

If you have any questions about providing feedback please contact us using the contact details on the website.

Review Standards:

* Your review must reflect your genuine experiences both positive and negatives.

* Not be incentivised in any way.

* No fake reviews.

* Not relate to a product or service you are connected with beacuse you or someone in your family has a finanacial interest or works for the business that provides it.

* Not manipulate ratings.

* We do not edit the meaning of guest book enr=tries whn uploading them.

Where and how we display reviews:

* We publish all reviews that comply with our review standards. Sometime we remove old reviews.

We may use your review in our marketing:

* We will always respect your privacy but may use your reviews on our social media platforms and in emails or advertising material.We will never reveal your contact details.
